Dana White (left) and Gary Brecka (right) recently transformed his physical health after being told that he had roughly 10 years left to live. The UFC president took a DNA test that was analyzed by 10X Health Systems, a company founded by Gary Brecka, and the results were not positive for White. With the help of Brecka and his company, the UFC president was prescribed a 10-week program to help get his health back on track. Brecka recently appeared on the Balancing Chaos podcast, during which he disclosed the extent of Dana White's health problems. "Your [Dana White] triglycerides are at a life-threatening level. You have hypercholesterolemia , your cholesterol is at a very risky, high level. You have hyperinsulinemia... your insulin is so high your body can't metobolize fat, your insulin is through the roof." Brecka continued: "I looked at his homocysteine, brought that to the clinical team. I mean, the homocysteine level is a marker of inflammation. It was one of the highest levels we had ever seen." Dana White has been making headlines over the past few weeks due to his remarkable physical transformation. After being given around a decade to live, the UFC president was shocked. With the devastating diagnosis, White kickstarted a quest to improve his phsycial health. Brecka gave White a 10-week program to follow in order to get his health back on track. The UFC president has revealed that he follows a ketogenic diet, consisting mostly of fats and animal proteins, with very few carbohydrates. White said the following while on the Action Junkeez podcast: "This is what Gary Brecka told me... there are essential fats that your body needs... there are essential amino acids that your body needs or you will die. There's no suck thing as an essential carbohydrate." He added: "I have never felt better, you can ask any of the people around me. My memory, my brain is so f***ing clear now.
