This weapon is based on the real-life Entreprise Wide Body 1911. It looks like a regular tactical pistol or a glock but is one of the heaviest handguns in the game. It can be fitted with a flashlight and suppressor and comes with a red dot sight that can only come of use when in first person perspective only in the enhanced version.
(The Heavy Pistol being held in first person perspective)
The Heavy Pistol is an excellent weapon to use during mid to close range gun fights given its high fire rate as compared to other pistols. This gun also has a decent range and great accuracy. It comes with an ammo capacity of 16 rounds which can be increased to 36 rounds with the extended clip.
The red dot sight makes it easier to shoot in first person perspective unlike other iron sights that can prove to be intrusive to vision. The Heavy Pistol can take down targets with 2-3 shots to the armor and sometimes even 4 for military grade armor.

The magazine of the real counterpart would have to be double stacked for the rather large ammunition capacity depicted, resulting in a bulkier grip. The Heavy Pistol was not part of the original release of the game and was added to GTA V and GTA Online as part of the Business Update on 4th March, 2014. The Heavy Pistol’s design is based on the real-life Enterprise Wide Body 1911.
